Common questions
How do I get beta access?
Kennz Choice is in private beta. Use Join Our BETA program on this page (or the email on Support) to introduce yourself—we’ll follow up with invite steps. Sign-in stays invite-only until general availability.
What if my browser blocks the sign-in popup?
Use “Continue in new tab” on the sign-in card, or allow popups for this site. The same Google flow runs in both cases.
Can I use more than one Google account?
Yes. Google may ask which account to use. Pick the one that can manage the Business Profile locations you care about; you can switch context after sign-in when the product prompts you.
What counts as a location?
Each Google Business Profile listing you import or create counts toward your plan’s location cap. Starter includes a small number; Growth and Scale raise or remove caps per product defaults.
When am I charged?
During the private beta we focus on access and feedback—not checkout on this page. After you’re invited and using the app, billing follows the in-product flows for your plan when applicable.
Where is my data stored?
Your sign-in session lives in your browser. On our side we store only what the product needs: the tenant and location metadata you sync, encrypted OAuth tokens, and an audit trail of changes. Your listings themselves always stay in Google Business Profile.
Do you store my Google password?
No. Authentication is through Google OAuth only; we never see your Google password.
Does Kennz Choice replace Google Business Profile?
No. Kennz Choice is a dashboard that works alongside Google Business Profile. Your listings still live in Google; we help you operate at scale with sync, roles, reviews, and audit-friendly workflows.
What happens to my data if I add more locations?
Imported or created listings count toward your plan’s location cap (see plans on this page). During beta, upgrades are coordinated in the app after you’re invited—nothing on this marketing page charges a card.
